At CozyCove Heaven, we want you to love your purchase! Since our products are made-to-order through our trusted partner Printify, we follow a customized refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We will offer a refund or free replacement in the following situations:

Damaged or defective items

Wrong item received (e.g., wrong phone case model or design)

Lost in transit (confirmed by tracking and delivery provider)

Non-Refundable Situations
Because all items are custom printed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

Incorrect device model or design chosen by customer

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

Items marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received (in most cases)

Returns

We do not accept returns unless specifically requested by our team in rare cases.

Returned items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
