REFUND POLICY

At CozyCove Heaven, we want you to love your purchase! Since our products are made-to-order through our trusted partner Printify, we follow a customized refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund or free replacement in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong item received (e.g., wrong phone case model or design)

  • Lost in transit (confirmed by tracking and delivery provider)

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue

  • Email us at cozycoveheaven@gmail.com

Non-Refundable Situations

Because all items are custom printed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect device model or design chosen by customer

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

  • Items marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received (in most cases)

Please double-check your order details before checking out!

Returns

  • We do not accept returns unless specifically requested by our team in rare cases.

  • Returned items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
