Welcome to CozyCove Heaven! We’re excited to bring you stylish, made-to-order phone cases. Please take a moment to review our store policies below.

Order Processing

All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner Printify.
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it's shipped.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Carriers include USPS, FedEx, and UPS (varies by Printify provider).

International Shipping:

Available to select countries.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on location.
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Order Issues (Wrong, Damaged, or Lost Items)

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item:

Please email us at cozycoveheaven@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll work with Printify to offer a free replacement or refund.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact your local carrier. If unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every product is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item is damaged or defective
The wrong item was received

Please make sure to double-check your device model, shipping address, and order details before checking out.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, production begins and we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
